1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Professional AI Studio ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") at professionalaistudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Professional AI Studio provides artificial intelligence-powered tools for generating, formatting, and analyzing digital photographs for official documents (such as passports, visas, and ID cards). We charge a flat fee for the downloading of processed, watermark-free images.

3. Accuracy of Output & Liability

3.1 Guarantee & Acceptance. We strive for the highest accuracy and compliance with government photo requirements. However, final acceptance of any photograph rests solely with the receiving government agency, embassy, or institution.

3.2 Limitation of Liability. We shall not be held liable for any costs, delays, rejected applications, or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use of photos generated through our Service. It is the user's responsibility to review the final downloaded image against the official requirements of their intended destination before submission.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Credits

Pricing: We charge a flat fee (currently $2 USD) per single photo download unless a valid coupon or administrative bypass is used. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Refunds: Due to the digital, instant-download nature of the product and the immediate consumption of server resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a photo has been processed and downloaded.
Re-downloads: Currently, downloads are provided on a one-time basis per session. You must save your downloaded files safely.

5. User Data and Privacy

We pride ourselves on a strict Zero Data Storage policy for biometric data. Uploaded images are processed in volatile memory and are permanently deleted immediately after processing or when your session expires. We do not use your photos to train our AI models. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Process images of individuals without their explicit consent.
Generate fraudulent documents, deepfakes, or misleading identity materials.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the APIs providing the Service.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to ban any IP address or user account that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and AI processing pipelines are and will remain the exclusive property of Professional AI Studio.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
