Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Professional AI Studio, pricing, and document compliance.
Are the generated photos guaranteed to be accepted?
Our AI is trained on exact official guidelines from over 50 embassies, and we have a 99% acceptance rate. However, final discretion always rests with the government official reviewing your application. If a photo is rejected, please contact support and we will manually fix it or refund you.
Is my payment a one-time fee or a subscription?
It is a flat, one-time fee of $2 USD per processed photo download. We never auto-renew or charge subscription fees.
What happens to my uploaded photo after processing?
Due to our Zero-Data Storage guarantee, your uploaded photo is processed entirely in our servers' volatile memory and automatically wiped as soon as your session ends. We do not store, view, or sell your biometric data.
Can I wear glasses in my passport photo?
For most modern passports (including USA, UK, Canada, and EU countries), glasses are strictly prohibited because they obscure the eyes and create glare. Our AI will likely flag this. Please take a new photo without glasses.
Why did the AI say my photo failed the lighting check?
Lighting is the #1 reason for embassy rejections. Our AI looks for asymmetrical shadows across the face or a "raccoon eyes" effect caused by overhead lighting. For a perfect photo, stand facing a window with natural, even lighting.
How do I print the downloaded file at a pharmacy?
When you download your photo, you will receive a 4x6 inch standard print template. Simply upload this 4x6 template to your local pharmacy's online photo center (or bring it on a USB) and order a standard 4x6 print for a few cents. Then, cut along the guidelines to separate your passport photos.
